Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If your address falls outside our serviceable areas, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Packaging

Given the nature of wooden products, we use protective, sturdy packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
